1-3+ years experience with proven commercial leadership with business development experience in the hospitality, SaaS and or start up companies preferred
Bachelor’s degree in the related field
Strong technical product competence
You love to travel and don’t mind getting on a plane to visit your customers as duty calls
A “hunter’s” perspective toward the pipeline management of opportunities
Well-developed understanding of the tech-startup industry landscape
Excellent communication, prioritization, listening, and quantitative skills
Strong analytical skills. Ability to analyze an opportunity from many angles – both quantitative and qualitative & drive appropriate performance tracking & analysis activities post-deal
Adept with technology and a strategic thinker – knows what’s best for the business
Excellent judgment, presence, and mature personality; experience working with executives
Strong verbal and written English communication skills are a must, as well as leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations is key
