The Customer Success team at HUBBA is an agile team who love negotiating big, complex partnerships.  We are looking for people with all levels of experience who are passionate about the Thai startup ecosystem, our range of owned portfolio companies, deals and business strategy. Responsibilities

  • You love negotiating big, complex strategic deals that drive growth, revenue and/or engagement
  • You love strategic thinking and execution even more
  • You are excited to take ownership of a new market and built an impressive client base from scratch
  • You excel in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
  • Who you work with matters as much as what you work on
  • Product managers and engineers love working with you as much as you do with them
  • Deals you do have helped your counterparts get promoted
  • You aren’t growing and learning at the place you’d like to in your current role
  • You don’t take no for an answer

Skills

  • 1-3+ years experience with proven commercial leadership with business development experience in the hospitality, SaaS and or start up companies preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in the related field
  • Strong technical product competence
  • You love to travel and don’t mind getting on a plane to visit your customers as duty calls
  • A “hunter’s” perspective toward the pipeline management of opportunities
  • Well-developed understanding of the tech-startup industry landscape
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, listening, and quantitative skills
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to analyze an opportunity from many angles – both quantitative and qualitative & drive appropriate performance tracking & analysis activities post-deal
  • Adept with technology and a strategic thinker – knows what’s best for the business
  • Excellent judgment, presence, and mature personality; experience working with executives
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills are a must, as well as leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations is key
